Mexique ou Santa-Fe) and with seven insets of major cities and regions -- the largest a map of the West. There are many "Districts" -- Osage, Ozark, Mandan, Huron, Sioux and a Northwest Territory. Throughout the map are lengthy notes in French about the characteristics of the various regions, their inhabitants, rivers and exploration. Very good condition; folds reinforced on the linen backing.
